At BBB London, pride in our customer service goes way beyond our Brow Bars, it’s at the heart of everything we do. We want to ensure that shopping with us online is quick and easy, from your product education and selection, through to getting the most out of your products at home. We work with our fulfilment and delivery services to provide you with the best experience possible, so that all you have to concentrate on is perfecting that brow shape.

UK DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail on a trackable service as standard, Monday to Friday.
- Please expect delivery within 2-5 working days of placing your order.
- FREE on all orders over £25 // £2.95 on orders under £25.

UK Next Day Delivery

- Orders are shipped by DPD the next working day, if the order is received before 1pm, Monday to Friday. Please note if you order after 1pm on Friday and you will receive your order Tuesday.
- £5.95

Ireland and Channel Islands Standard Delivery

- Orders are shipped by DPD as standard, Monday to Friday.
- Please expect delivery within 2-5 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday.
- £10.95

EUROPE

- Orders are shipped by DPD as standard, Monday to Friday.
- Please expect delivery within 2-8 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday.
- £13.95

REST OF THE WORLD

- Orders are shipped by DPD as standard, Monday to Friday.
- Please expect delivery within 7-14 working days of placing your order, Monday to Friday.

RETURNS

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact [email protected] with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. You may return any item in its original condition or any gently used item for a shade exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
 

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at [email protected] with details of the fault, within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and we will arrange and exchange or refund for you.

 

We aim to process any returns or exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your return. Any refunds will be made to the same card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.  

Any products not purchased online need to be returned directly to the retailer that they were purchased from.
