SUPPORTING THOSE TOUCHED BY BREAST CANCER WITH FUTURE DREAMS
Since 2019, Blink Brow Bar has been committed to supporting Future Dreams, a Breast Cancer Charity providing practical, emotional and psychological support, as well as funding vital research for those diagnosed with breast cancer.
Every month, Blink Brow Bar hosts brow workshops at the Future Dreams House - the only dedicated breast cancer support centre in the UK and the hub for all in-person and online support services. During these workshops, Blink Brow Bar offer useful advice and tutorials to support the community through all stages of hair loss due to chemotherapy.
EYEBROW STENCILS BROW MAPPING TOOL
To date, Blink Brow Bar have supported over fifty women one-to-one, and raised upwards of £5000 in donations to fund vital research into secondary breast cancer. To further support our campaign this Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Blink Brow Bar are thrilled to introduce the new BBB London Eyebrow Stencils, and pledge to donate 50% (£5) from every pack sold to Future Dreams.
Taj Giles, Managing Director at Blink Brow Bar, was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019. Due to chemotherapy, she lost most of her hair and eyebrows.
Taj explains, “I continued to work and quickly found a solution for my hair, but I hadn’t thought about my eyebrows. Fortunately, I’m in the right business and found using a stencil helped to create a brow when I had nothing to work with.
