How long are my reward vouchers valid for?

All reward vouchers are valid for 1 year.

How can I opt out of marketing?

You can unsubscribe by either clicking ‘unsubscribe’ at the
bottom of any of our marketing emails, or you can email us feedback@blinkbrowbar.com.

My voucher has expired can it be extended?

Please email us at feedback@blinkbrowbar.com.

CanI share my loyalty account with my friends or family?

Loyalty points can only be earned and spent by an individual and linked to your personal email address.

 Can I gift a loyalty voucher?

Rewards are for individual use only. If you wish to gift friends or family, you can purchase a Blink Brow Bar gift card.

Will I earn points when I purchase a gift card?

Points are not allocated on the purchase of gift cards. They are allocated when the gift card is redeemed.

Can I use my points to purchase a gift card?

Points cannot be redeemed for the purchase of gift cards.

CanI earn points on the purchase of pre-paid packages?

Yes, but please note points earned at the redemption of pre-paid packages.

I think I might be missing points, what should I do?

My points aren’t allocating when I book through the app.

First make sure you are logged in to your account the app. Then, go to the profile area and validate your email for loyalty.

Can I save my rewards and use them all together?

Yes, you can.

Can a reward be part spent and I get change?

No, rewards cannot part spent or be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent value.

I cancelled my appointment with a voucher attached, will it be returned?

Yes.

I forgot to cancel my appointment with a voucher attached and didn’t show up, will my voucher be returned?

No, unfortunately if you don’t notify us that you won’t be attending your
appointment, your voucher is forfeited.

I just had my appointment and my points aren’t showing?

Please allow 24 hours for points to be allocated after your appointment.

I refunded my treatment or product; will I get my voucher back?

Yes, your voucher will be reactivated.

How can I leave the loyalty programme?

Please send us an email at feedback@blinkbrowbar.com.
Once deleted, your account cannot be reinstated.

How can I change the email associated with my loyalty account?
