Please note: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change is given on purchases, however cards Gift Cards have a 12 month expiry and can be used on more than one transaction. Gift cards can be used for online purchases, and in-store services at BBBLondon locations only - excluding John Lewis Cheadle. BBBLondon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Full Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. Issuer


Digital Gift Cards are issued by BBB London / Blink Brow Bar (“BBB London”, “Blink Brow Bar”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).


2. Nature of Gift Cards

  • Physical gift card stationery has no monetary value and is linked to a unique digital code, which will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Digital Gift Cards are delivered via email and contain a unique 16-digit code required for redemption.
  • Any physical card stationery provided is for presentation purposes only and has no value without the associated digital code.


 

3. Redemption

  • Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed on treatments or products, in-store at Blink Brow Bar locations (UK only) or online at www.bbb-london.com.
  • For online use: Digital Gift Card codes are to be entered within your shopping cart. 
  • For in-store use: please present your Gift Card at checkout along with your unique 16-digit gift card code provided via email upon purchase.
  • At concession counters, Gift Cards must be redeemed at the Blink Brow Bar till point only.

 

4. Usage

  • Digital Gift Cards can be used to purchase treatments and/or products.
  • Partial redemption is permitted. Any remaining balance will stay on your Gift Card until fully used or expired. 
  • Multiple Gift Cards may be used in a single transaction.
  • Other payment methods can be used in conjunction with a digital gift card in a single transaction.
  • Digital Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

 

5. Restrictions

  • Gift Cards cannot be resold, refunded, returned or exchanged, except in accordance with your statutory rights.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit (except where required by law).
  • No cash or cash equivalent change can be given on remaining balances.
  • Unused balances after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.

 

6. Expiry

  • The expiry date is 12 months from date of purchase, and is specified in your original

8. Loss, Theft & Unauthorised Use

  • BBB London / Blink Brow Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, or for unauthorised use of Gift Card codes.

 

9. Liability & Amendments

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review Gift Cards or transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or in breach of these Terms.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
