We want to ensure that shopping with us online is quick and easy, from your product education and selection, through to getting the most out of your products at home. We work with our fulfilment and delivery services to provide you with the best experience possible, so that all you have to concentrate on is perfecting that brow shape.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail on a trackable service as standard, Monday to Friday.

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact feedback@blinkbrowbar.com with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we'll take care of the rest. You may return any item in its original condition or any gently used item for a shade exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at feedback@blinkbrowbar.com with details of the fault, within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and we will arrange and exchange or refund for you.
We aim to process any returns or exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your return. Any refunds will be made to the same card or paypal account used to make the purchase. Please note, it may take 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account- this will vary from bank to bank.
Any products not purchased online need to be returned directly to the retailer that they were purchased from.
