To qualify for our money-back guarantee, please follow the instructions below: 

1. Take a clear photo of your brows free from any makeup or brow products before you begin using our Brow Boost & Nourishing Brow Oil Duo. This photo must be camera roll dated, and free from any editing or digital enhancement. 

2. Take a photo of your brows after 12 weeks of consistent daily use (AM and PM as per instructions), along with a photo of the used products. Photos must be camera roll dated, and free from any editing or digital enhancement.  

3. Email our customer service team (feedback@blinkbrowbar.com) with above photos, proof of purchase (your valid receipt from bbb-london.com or a registered Blink Brow Bar concession/boutique) and a written summary of your experience using the product. 

4. Your money back application will be processed within 1-2 weeks.
