The Longwear Brow Tint (also known as Hybrid Brows) is a henna-free hybrid tint-stain which creates fuller, bolder brows with long lasting results.
Perfect for those that are looking for more shape and definition, this hybrid liquid formula tints not only every hair, but also the skin within the brow by penetrating deep into the pores, cuticles and hair shaft. With precise application, this allows your therapist to create your perfect brow shape for a 3D effect, with results lasting up to 6 weeks - 50% longer than a classic Brow Tint.

How does it compare to the normal Brow Tint?
A classic Brow Tint stains only the brow hairs. While this is great for adding depth and definition for an already full brow, it doesn’t enhance the brow shape or fill sparse areas where needed.
The Longwear Brow Tint adds a semi-permanent stain to both the brow hairs and surrounding skin. Perfect for those with sparse brows, gaps between brows, or brows that are thinner than you’d like, the Longwear Brow Tint creates thickness and fullness where needed.
A look that lasts, the Longwear Brow Tint gives results for up to 6 weeks (50% longer than the classic Brow tint) with the skin staining effect lasting up to 6-10 days.

What should I expect when having the treatment?
The Longwear Brow Tint is a 30 minute treatment, which involves an in-depth consultation to discuss your desired results and preferences, a brow exfoliation, tint application and after care.
Consultation
- Your brow artist will discuss your desired results and preferences, before mapping your brows to outline your perfect shape and mixing your chosen tint colour.
Prepping the brows:
- Brows are prepped with a brow scrub to exfoliate the area, unblocking any hair follicles and removing oils or residues from the skin. This allows the pigment to apply evenly and last longer on the skin.
Tinting:
- The Longwear Brow Tint is applied using specialist artistry brushes with a sleek, thin tip to ensure pinpoint accuracy. The tint is applied in thin layers for an even, long-lasting finish.
- The tint is left to develop for between 1-10 minutes, depending on the desired effect. For an ombre brow look, your brow artist may apply tint in sections.
- The tint is then removed with a brow cleanser to reveal the final result.
How should I take care of my brows after a Longwear Brow Tint?
There is some aftercare we advise to ensure your get the very most out of your new brows!
- Brow must be kept dry for 24 hours after the treatment.
- Avoid using any self-tanning products on the face for around 2-3 days either side of the treatment date.
- Avoid using exfoliators or retinols around the brow area for the duration of the treatment.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and do not sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms, and swimming pools for 24 hours.
What if the results are too dark?
With 9 customisable shades, the results should be to your exact preference. However, if the colour is too strong for your liking, the tint-stain can be lifted for a softer look. We advise to avoid using self-tanners before your treatment, as this can intensify the result.
Is the Longwear Brow Tint natural?
The tint-stain hybrid is henna-free and contains natural ingredients including Himalayan mineral water, Indian gooseberry, antioxidants and essential oils to care and nourish every hair while providing long-lasting colour and shine.
Can I have other brow treatments with the Longwear Brow Tint?
Yes! The hybrid brow tint-stain can be paired with a Brow Shape or Brow Lamination.
Can anybody have the Longwear Brow Tint?
Yes, although we suggest checking with your doctor if pregnant, breastfeeding or undergoing chemotherapy and always ensuring your patch test is up to date to avoid reactions.
Do I need a patch test?
Like all Blink Brow Bar tinting, laminating and lifting services, the Longwear Brow Tint requires a patch test at least 48 hours before treatment. We will also ask you to update your patch test every 6 months. Patch testing takes just 5 minutes, and can be done at any Blink Brow Bar location free of charge.
