Blink Brow Bar Loyalty Terms and Conditions 

1. As part of our loyalty programme, you will be opted in to receive marketing. If you do not wish to hear from us, please unsubscribe from your welcome email.

2. 1 point is earned for every £1 spent. When 100 points is reached a £5 voucher code is issued.

3. £5 voucher codes are valid for 1 year from date of issue and once expired they cannot be used.

4. Vouchers may be converted to use against products online, once this option is selected it cannot be reversed.

5. To join the loyalty programme, you must provide a valid email address belonging to you.

6. Your loyalty wallet is linked to your email address therefore, only you can contribute to points earned.

7. Loyalty rewards / vouchers are not transferable and cannot be gifted, shared or resold.

8. Points can be earned on services, products and packages purchased in store or online.

9. Points are earned upon the redemption of prepaid packages.

10. Points can be redeemed against the purchase of treatments, products and packages in store and online.

11. Points cannot be used to purchase of gift cards.  

12. Points are allocated if a gift card is used as payment.

13. You must stay logged in to the loyalty programme on the App in order for the points and vouchers to show.

14. Brownie Points Loyalty Programme is only available in UK Stores and bbb-london.com only.

15. Voucher codes can be spent individually or saved to be spent in multiples.

16. Vouchers selected to spend against products on the website. Once vouchers are converted to spend on products on the website they cannot be reversed.

17. If you choose to redeem a voucher code against an appointment and cancel your appointment the voucher will be reactivated and can be used again.

18. If you choose to redeem a voucher code against an appointment and do not show up you will forfeit the voucher code.

19. Points are allocated based on the final check out amount less amendments, offers and discounts.

20. Points are allocated 24 hours after check-out.

21. In the event of a refund needing to be issued against a treatment where a voucher code has been redeemed, your voucher code/s will be reactivated and the balance of what you paid will be refunded to you.

22. Voucher codes are not redeemable for cash or credit, therefore no change can be issued if the value of voucher code/s redeemed exceeds the value of the
transaction.

23. To leave the loyalty programme please send us an email at feedback@blinkbrowbar.com. Once deleted your account cannot be reinstated.

24. Blink Brow Bar limited reserve the right to remove points earned on refunded treatments, products, gift cards and packages.

25. Blink Brow Bar limited reserve the right to vary or discontinue the loyalty scheme at any time.

26. Blink Brow Bar limited may at any time and in its absolute discretion refuse or revoke any Member’s membership of the Brownie Points Loyalty Programme in which case that Member’s Points will be forfeited and any unused voucher code balance may be cancelled.

27. Blink Brow Bar limited reserves the right to suspend or cancel an individual’s membership to the Brownie Points Loyalty Programme, any benefits or rewards, if we believe the programme is not being used in accordance with these terms and conditions.

28. Blink Brow Bar limited have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time including to reflect changes affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our site's capabilities.
