Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in central London.

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and optimising social media presence across all our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest).

The role involves managing social media accounts (for brand and Global Brow Artist), analysing performance metrics, and fostering communication with the online community.


Your
 Key Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm engaging campaigns and concepts

  • Create a social media calendar that supports the marketing calendar, with Blink’s brand identity and tone of voice.

  • Film content for both treatments and products across Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube, that is platform-specific to drive reach and engagement.

  • Own, create and edit social media content

  • Write engaging SEO-optimised captions across all channels

  • Manage day-to-day scheduling and publishing of all Blink content across Blink accounts and social channels

  • Maintain Pinterest board with relevant content

  • Be the voice of Blink on social channels by actively engaging with the Blink community through brand DMs and in comments of owned and earned content.

  • Use analytics tools to gauge the success of posts, track and create reports monthly

  • Identify and jump on trends and sounds across Reels and TikTok

  • Brief social media agencies and PR team, working alongside them for campaigns and collaborations.

  • Work with UGC content creators for campaigns and competitions, booking them in for treatments

  • Working to build the community online to book in customers, VIP and press. 


Qualifications

  • 1-5 years experience in a social media or community role with a proven track record, ideally within beauty, wellness or lifestyle. Salary dependent on experience.

  • TikTok & Instagram will be second nature and an obsession with beauty and lifestyle brands is a must.

  • Social-first design and editing skills, creating engaging content from stills, moving image and gifs across both channels (e.g. Canva, CapCut).

  • Excellent copywriting skills and command of the English language

  • Great communication skills with customers and the team, both at Head Office and in stores.

  • Pro-active, energetic and entrepreneurial working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Days of filming on the shop floor, at events and at Head Office.

  • Able to effectively structure their social media calendar, manage their time and be able to prioritise tasks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
