I’ve been watching the latest Black Mirror series and the themes it explores hit harder now than ever before.
The episodes feel eerily close to real life -like glimpses into a future that’s already unfolding.
It’s unsettling, brilliant, and somehow oddly comforting in how it forces you to pause and really think about the world we’re building. - BOOK: THE ISLAND OF MISSING TREES BY ELIF SHAFAK
I'm currently doing a Masters in creative writing and this book was recommended to me - it's one that's been sitting with me in the best way - I won't give too much away but if you’re after something that stays with you long after the last page, give this one a go. - SONGS ON REPEAT:

Of course spring/summer time means a great pair of sunglasses. Right now, I’m obsessed with oversized frames. They’re bold enough to feel like a look, but still classic. I recently had my phone stolen so of course purchased a phone strap that stops this happening in the future - London is such a hotspot for this but now I'm armed with my phone strap.
